Job Summary
Leading a team of up to 20 Loan Processors, the full-time Texas Licensed Loan Processing Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate and efficient mortgage loan processing while providing coaching and performance management in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Loan Processors, providing guidance and training to enhance productivity and performance
- Oversee loan processing operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while meeting service quality standards
- Collaborate with Branch Managers and other teams to resolve escalated issues and maintain efficient loan processing workflows
Required qualifications
- Significant recent experience processing Texas residential mortgage loans
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential mortgage loan processing or mortgage operations
- At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a mortgage operations environment
- Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and VA mortgage products
- Experience with mortgage loan origination systems (LOS) such as Byte
