Texas Licensed Mental Health Facilitator
Job Summary
To provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients, the part-time Texas Licensed Mental Health Facilitator will facilitate group sessions, engage clients, and collaborate with the care team while adhering to best practices and operational policies.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate group sessions using the latest curriculum and best practices, ensuring client engagement and participation
- Complete onboarding requirements and maintain regular communication with supervisory staff
- Collaborate with the care team and participate in treatment team meetings and supervision sessions
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus)
- Technical proficiency in running effective telehealth sessions and using cloud-based communication software
- Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays and Saturdays
