Job Summary
To support a growing practice, Texas Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW or LPC) will provide individual, couples, and family therapy via telehealth on a part-time to full-time basis, with flexible scheduling and operational support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth
- Complete timely clinical documentation and develop treatment plans
- Coordinate care as clinically appropriate while maintaining licensure requirements
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted behavioral health license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP) in Texas
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural influences on mental health
- Access to a personal computer and high-speed internet for telehealth sessions
- HIPAA-compliant space for conducting therapy sessions
- Willingness to commit to a flexible schedule to grow caseload
