Job Summary
Delivering remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, the part-time Texas Licensed Mental Health Therapist will manage a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week while utilizing various therapeutic modalities and ensuring timely documentation.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide remote therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT
- Maintain and manage a client caseload while ensuring all documentation is completed within 48 hours
- Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients as necessary
Required qualifications:
- Independently licensed in Texas as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LP
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adults (18+) and at least 6 months of teletherapy experience
- Proficiency with clinical assessments and EHR systems
- Willingness to become licensed in additional states, with costs covered by the employer
