Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time Texas Licensed Meta Ads Specialist will manage Meta campaigns, lead client strategy discussions, and ensure campaign performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead bi-weekly client calls to discuss performance, strategy, and next steps while preparing performance reports
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking, managing budgets and audience targeting
- Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems, including Meta pixels and conversion events, while monitoring lead flow to ensure client results
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, specifically in Meta advertising
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations
- Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets
- Experience with conversion tracking and basic marketing automation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
