Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time Texas Licensed Meta Ads Specialist will manage Meta campaigns, lead client calls, and ensure campaign performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead bi-weekly client calls to discuss performance, strategy, and next steps while preparing performance reports
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking, adjusting based on key metrics
- Set up and troubleshoot tracking and integrations, proactively monitoring to prevent issues affecting client results
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, specifically in Meta advertising
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations
- Proven ability to manage campaigns to defined performance targets while supporting client retention
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
