Job Summary

To maximize recoveries and minimize losses, the full-time Texas Licensed Mortgage Claims Specialist will manage the timely filing, tracking, recovery, and reconciliation of mortgage-related claims while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage various mortgage-related claims from initiation through final resolution, ensuring compliance with all requirements
• Analyze claim documentation and servicing records to identify opportunities for improved recoveries and reduced losses
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve claim-related issues and optimize recovery efforts

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of experience in mortgage servicing, claims administration, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with mortgage servicing platforms
