Job Summary
To grow mortgage production in the Houston, TX or Tulsa, OK market, an experienced Texas Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer will work remotely, focusing on generating business through relationships with Realtors, community partners, and existing members while managing a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Recommend mortgage loan products and take applications from clients
- Develop and maintain referral relationships to proactively generate new mortgage business
- Manage the loan pipeline and ensure effective communication with internal teams for smooth loan closings
Required qualifications
- Active NMLS registration required
- 5-7 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in similar mortgage origination roles
- Proven ability to self-generate mortgage business
- Strong relationships with Realtors, community leaders, and corporate contacts
- Familiarity with various mortgage products, policies, and compliance requirements
