Job Summary
Bilingual Spanish Mortgage Servicing Representatives will provide customer support for existing loans, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to mortgage servicing, while working full-time onsite or remotely based on location, with a schedule from 12pm-9pm CST.
Key responsibilities
- Handles inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with mortgage servicing inquiries and issues
- Initiates early delinquency contacts and recommends retention solutions based on borrower circumstances
- Documents customer interactions accurately in the Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) and ensures compliance with CFPB guidelines
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish, with a strong understanding of mortgage industry terminology and practices
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a mortgage servicing call center using Black Knight's MSP
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance standards consistently
- Proficient in MS Windows, MS Outlook, and MS Office Suite
