Job Summary
Leading the provider network function, the full-time Texas Licensed Network Relations Director will manage network strategy, compliance, and complex contract negotiations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and refines provider network strategy, including geographic prioritization and payment methodologies
- Leads and coaches the Network Relations team, providing strategic guidance on complex contracting situations
- Negotiates high-value provider contracts and designs innovative value-based contracting models
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years in managed care contracting, provider network development, or provider relations
- 3+ years in a director-level role managing a network contracting team
- Expertise in negotiating multi-methodology contracts and SERFF/adequacy compliance
