Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Texas Licensed Occupational Therapist will evaluate, plan, and administer therapy treatments to help patients achieve independence and improve their quality of life across outpatient and inpatient settings.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions for patients with various conditions, including orthopedic and neurological issues
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in discharge planning and care coordination activities

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Texas Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
