Job Summary
Supporting multiple attorneys in a full-time capacity, the Texas Licensed Paralegal will manage a high-volume caseload, draft legal documents, and assist in all phases of litigation while working in a remote, hybrid, or fully in-office setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and correspondence while managing a large caseload
- Organize and process incoming records and invoices, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding documents
- Conduct case law research using Lexis Advance to support attorneys in trial preparation and mediation
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a practice group paralegal
- Familiarity with state courts and e-filing procedures
- Experience in drafting legal documents and managing billing processes
- Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Word
- Proficiency in Lexis Advance for legal research
