Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Epic Patient Scheduler will manage call center-based scheduling, registration, and patient access services while working remotely and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect required patient information, including scheduling, pre-registration, and insurance verification
• Answer and process telephone inquiries while adhering to confidentiality policies
• Provide professional and compassionate service to patients, ensuring understanding of documentation requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Ability to navigate Epic scheduling and patient access workflows
• Strong computing skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
