Job Summary
Supporting Medicare Part D members and providers, the full-time Texas Licensed Pharmacist will manage pharmacy benefit requests and conduct clinical reviews while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support Medicare Part D members and providers with pharmacy benefit and coverage determination requests
- Ensure accurate case setup and complete clinical review of Medicare appeals in compliance with CMS guidelines
- Conduct provider outreach for additional clinical clarification when necessary
Required qualifications
- Texas Licensed Pharmacist
- Experience with PBMs, Utilization Management, or Prior Authorization review preferred
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift from 7am to 8pm EST, including rotating weekends
- Willingness to complete 8-10 weeks of training without planned vacation time
