Job Summary
Compassionate and detail-oriented, the part-time Texas Licensed Pharmacy Insurance Specialist will assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits and navigating the enrollment process while working remotely and picking up equipment from Irving, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound insurance verification calls
- Verify insurance benefits, coverage eligibility, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs
- Assist patients with enrollment and program qualification processes
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of recent medical insurance experience required
- Must be able to accept an 8-hour shift between 8 AM - 8 PM, Monday to Friday
- Must be able to pick up equipment from Irving, TX
- Patient-focused, empathetic, and compassionate demeanor
- Comfortable managing multiple systems and applications simultaneously
