Job Summary
To support a high-volume inbound call center, the full-time Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician will provide professional assistance with the prior authorization process, reviewing clinical documentation and managing calls in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from members, providers, and healthcare professionals
- Review clinical documentation for completeness and adhere to established criteria
- Accurately document approvals, denials, and case information in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Active pharmacy technician license per state requirements or active national certification
- Minimum of 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience, preferably in an administrative support or call center environment
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy terminology and prior authorization workflows
- Minimum of 1 year of high-volume customer service or call center experience
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
