Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

To support patient medication needs, the remote Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage inbound pharmacy calls, coordinate refill requests, and collaborate with healthcare professionals while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and process medication refills, including data entry and claim adjudication
• Place outbound refill calls and assist patients through the refill request process
• Respond to and resolve inbound patient and provider inquiries

Required qualifications

• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License and National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT or equivalent) required
• 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience, including refills, claims adjudication, and clinical collaboration
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
