Job Summary

Evaluating clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI evaluation program, the part-time Freelance AI Trainer, a Texas Licensed Physician (MD/DO), will engage in project-based tasks focused on improving AI systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes and assess the accuracy and completeness of diagnosis and treatment tasks across various medical systems
• Score clinical reasoning quality and provide rationales based on vignette facts and proposed answers
• Participate in independent blind reads and physician adjudication to ensure clinical complexity and quality in AI tools

Required qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with an active, unrestricted US medical license
• Board certification or completed residency training with recent direct patient care experience
• Broad diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine
• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis and application of evidence-based guidelines
• Proficiency in written English at a C1+ level
