Job Summary
To support enterprise workloads, the full-time Texas Licensed Principal Architect will design and implement secure scalable AWS Landing Zones and cloud infrastructure foundations using Infrastructure as Code and AWS best practices in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AWS Landing Zones that meet business and security requirements
- Lead the development of Infrastructure as Code templates and automation scripts using AWS services such as CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK
- Ensure robust security and compliance by implementing IAM policies, governance controls, and monitoring solutions
Required qualifications
- 10-14 years of experience in cloud architecture and infrastructure automation
- Proficiency in AWS services and best practices for cloud infrastructure
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK
- Strong understanding of networking security and IAM governance
- Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
