Job Summary
Owning the portfolio of Cybersecurity Services for the State of Texas, the full-time Texas Licensed Program Manager will manage the delivery lifecycle of concurrent engagements, ensuring timely execution and adherence to contractual obligations in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full delivery lifecycle for engagements under the DIR MSS contract, maintaining program plans and schedules
- Act as the primary liaison among stakeholders, managing communication and escalation for each engagement
- Manage the program budget, including forecasting, spend tracking, and margin reporting across all projects
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated delivery experience in cybersecurity, IT managed services, or technology consulting
- Experience with government contracts, including deliverable acceptance and contractual reporting
- Proven ownership of a program budget, including forecasting and invoicing
- Fluency with Professional Services Automation platforms and Microsoft 365 tools
- Able to pass a fingerprint-based background investigation and meet CJIS personnel security requirements
