Job Summary
Managing accounts receivable processes, the hybrid Property Claims Billing Coordinator will ensure timely payment processing, handle billing inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies while working from the Denver office with occasional remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process daily cash applications and financial data entry related to insurance estimates
- Follow up on aged balances and communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice disputes and manage escalated issues
Required Qualifications
- Texas adjuster's license or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting or related field is a plus
- 2-3 years of property adjusting experience required
- 2-3 years in accounts receivable with experience in Salesforce and NetSuite preferred
- High level of proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable functions and property insurance estimates
