Job Summary
Providing psychiatric services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, the Texas Licensed Psychiatrist will conduct evaluations, diagnose and treat disorders, and manage medications in a part-time or full-time capacity, with the option to work onsite in Waco or remotely via telepsychiatry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric and behavioral health conditions
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor with a current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in Texas
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Current unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration registration
- Active National Provider Identifier
- Proficiency with computers and electronic health record systems
