Key responsibilities
  • Develops and distributes reports and documentation within required deadlines
  • Plans and monitors project activities to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Obtains and reviews medical records to ensure compliance with program requirements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field, or a Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Coding Certification
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant healthcare or project management experience
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
