Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Texas Licensed Registered Dietitian will conduct diet and lifestyle counseling sessions, analyze patient assessments, and collaborate with healthcare providers while managing a flexible 1099 contract.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze intake assessments and conduct diet and lifestyle counseling via video
- Employ Allara-provided nutrition training and maintain accurate patient records
- Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week and respond to patient inquiries and administrative tasks
Required qualifications
- Current certification as a Registered Dietitian from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Open to feedback and eager to grow within a supportive care team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on compassion
- Technical proficiency with EMR systems and telemedicine platforms
- Prior experience with nutrition counseling or patient care is a plus but not required
