Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Texas Licensed Registered Dietitian (1099) will analyze patient assessments, conduct counseling sessions, and collaborate with healthcare providers while dedicating a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze intake assessments and conduct diet and lifestyle counseling sessions via video
- Employ Allara-provided training materials to ensure consistent care tailored to patient needs
- Maintain accurate patient records and respond to inquiries and administrative tasks in a timely manner
Required qualifications
- Current Registered Dietitian certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Open to feedback and eager to learn, with a commitment to evidence-based practice
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on compassion
- Comfortable with various technology platforms, including EMR systems and telemedicine tools
- Prior experience with nutrition counseling or telehealth is a plus, but not required
