Job Summary

To support a luxury hospitality experience, the part-time Texas Licensed Reservations Agent will manage guest reservations, respond to inquiries, and ensure exceptional service while working remotely from Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Create personalized guest reservations by accurately inputting contact information and preferences
• Respond to inquiries about room availability, accommodations, pricing, and special offers
• Collaborate with team members to resolve guest challenges and ensure a seamless experience

Required qualifications

• Two years of experience in hospitality, spa, or reservations, preferably at a luxury resort
• Proficient in creating professional business correspondence
• Strong sales skills and excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
• Must reside in Texas for remote work eligibility
