Job Summary
To support a luxury hospitality experience, the part-time Texas Licensed Reservations Agent will manage guest reservations, respond to inquiries about accommodations, and ensure seamless billing transactions while working remotely from Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Create personalized guest reservation experiences by accurately inputting contact information and preferences
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability, pricing, and special offers while maintaining knowledge of resort facilities and services
- Assist in resolving guest challenges and upsell services, ensuring exceptional service and follow-through
Required qualifications
- Two years of experience in a hospitality, spa, or reservations role, preferably at a luxury resort
- Ability to create professional business correspondence
- Excellent phone manner and gracious people skills for engaging with guests
- Capability to work collaboratively with other departments as part of a team
- Must reside in Texas for this remote position
