Job Summary
To enhance operational efficiency and financial performance, the full-time remote Texas Licensed Revenue Cycle Informaticist will optimize and manage revenue cycle processes using the Epic EMR system, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and collaborating with the finance department on reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Leads the implementation and optimization of Epic EMR modules related to revenue cycle management
- Works with the finance department to ensure accurate data transfer from Epic and revenue reporting
- Analyzes revenue cycle data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights
Required qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle setting or finance department
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle functions and financial reporting
- Experience with relational databases and statistical software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
