Job Summary
Marketing a full range of banking services to Small Business Administration (SBA) loan eligible businesses, the full-time remote SBA Product Business Development Officer Sr will focus on client contact, loan origination, and financial analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Self-source SBA loan origination, emphasizing client contact and analysis for loans typically ranging from $350K to $5MM
- Review financial statements, structure loan proposals, complete initial analyses, and prepare credit packages
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as agency guidelines and organizational policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4 years of SBA lending experience
- Minimum of 5 years of SBA/Business/Commercial lending experience
- Experience with SBA loan origination and familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in PC and internet usage
