Job Summary

To support a dynamic team during peak periods, the part-time Texas Licensed Seasonal Audit Associate will plan, execute, and complete financial statement audits while managing budgets and training junior staff, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Planning, executing, and completing financial statement audits while managing engagement budgets
• Training and supervising audit associates and interns, providing constructive feedback
• Communicating with clients about engagement expectations and relevant accounting developments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, or related disciplines
• Minimum of two years of progressive public accounting experience with in-charge auditing
• Meeting education requirements for CPA certification in Texas
• Proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB rules and standards
• Exposure to automation and digitization tools within audits or professional services
