Texas Licensed Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To lead the corporate accounting function, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Senior Accounting Manager will manage corporate ledger activities, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, and partner with various stakeholders to support financial reporting and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a documented responsibility framework for corporate accounting processes, ensuring timely reconciliations and close activities
• Manage accounting for corporate-level transactions and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate recording in the appropriate legal entities
• Lead the development and execution of process improvements to standardize and strengthen corporate accounting practices across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Active CPA license required
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience with a focus on corporate accounting and internal controls
• Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. GAAP and enterprise financial systems
• Prior experience leading and developing accounting professionals in a complex, multinational environment
