Job Summary
To support a growing litigation practice, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Counsel will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while providing leadership to junior attorneys and developing compelling case strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved school
- Active bar license in the State of Texas
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities independently
