Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while providing leadership to junior attorneys and cultivating client relationships in a dynamic and flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances and trials
- Mentor and provide direction to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- Active Texas bar license
- 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation
- Experience in managing full case handling responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
