Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Counsel will independently manage litigation cases, develop compelling case themes, and provide leadership to junior attorneys while working in a flexible environment that values performance over facetime.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop case themes that counter plaintiff strategies effectively
- Provide mentorship and direction to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- Active bar license in Texas
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in civil litigation and trial preparation
- Significant experience in insurance defense matters
- Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
