Job Summary

To support Procore's post-acquisition success, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Senior Counsel in M&A Integration will lead the legal integration of acquired companies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with global legal standards and mitigate risks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end legal integration of acquired entities, coordinating across various functional leads
• Partner with Corporate Development during due diligence to identify integration risks and influence the integration roadmap
• Serve as the central legal contact between the Commercial Legal team and specialized functions, ensuring integration milestones are met

Required qualifications

• J.D. and active State Bar membership in good standing
• 10+ years of relevant experience in M&A integration and legal operations, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
• Extensive experience in complex SaaS transactions and a strong understanding of global privacy laws
• Proven ability to design commercial integration frameworks and manage operational transitions for acquired teams
• Exceptional project management skills and a passion for process improvement
