Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Counsel will independently manage high-stakes litigation, develop compelling case themes, and provide leadership to junior attorneys while working in a flexible environment that values performance over facetime.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop case themes that effectively counter plaintiff strategies
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Active Texas bar license
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, with significant civil litigation and trial experience
- Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior attorneys and staff
