Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials, while providing leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently manage full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial preparation
- Cultivate relationships with clients and provide mentorship to junior attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Active bar license in Texas
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with time management systems and independent case management
