Texas Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

To support Procore's post-acquisition success, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Senior Counsel in M&A Integration will lead the legal integration of acquired companies, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with global legal standards while managing associated risks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end legal integration of acquired entities, coordinating across various functional teams to align with Procore standards
• Partner with Corporate Development during due diligence to identify integration risks and influence the integration roadmap
• Develop and scale legal integration playbooks and processes leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and deal velocity

Required qualifications

• J.D. and active State Bar membership in good standing
• 10+ years of relevant experience in M&A integration and complex commercial legal matters, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
• Extensive experience with complex SaaS transactions and a strong understanding of global privacy laws
• Proven ability to design commercial integration frameworks and manage operational transitions for acquired teams
• Exceptional project management skills and a strong focus on process improvement
