Seeking a Texas Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage high-stakes litigation, develop compelling case themes, and provide leadership to junior attorneys while working in a flexible environment that supports remote, hybrid, or onsite arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop a case theme that effectively counters plaintiff strategies
- Provide mentorship and direction to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Active bar license in Texas
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation
- Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
- Experience in insurance defense matters preferred
