Job Summary
To support the development of enterprise-scale agentic AI platforms, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design, operate, and evolve platform capabilities for autonomous AI systems within a regulated healthcare environment, ensuring safety, governance, and scalability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and operation of the enterprise agentic AI platform in collaboration with architects and engineers
- Build components for interoperability between first-party and third-party AI agents, ensuring compliance with operational standards
- Establish validation frameworks and operational safeguards to monitor and de-risk AI system performance in healthcare settings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or software engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern ML frameworks and agentic AI systems
- Experience implementing agentic AI protocols and interoperability standards
- Familiarity with deploying containerized AI platforms in cloud environments
