Job Summary
To support Medicaid operations, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Representative will oversee member enrollment records, provide eligibility support, and generate internal reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance files
- Provide timely support for the eligibility load process and coordinate issue resolution
- Research and correct errors in membership and primary care physician data
Required qualifications
- Ability to work scheduled shifts from Sunday to Saturday, 7am to 8pm EST
- Experience in a team environment with good logical thinking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and good English comprehension
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with clients effectively
