Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to CPAP patients, the full-time Texas Licensed Sleep Coach will manage proactive and reactive outreach, educate patients on therapy usage, and troubleshoot equipment issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct proactive and reactive outreach to CPAP patients during their first year of therapy
- Educate and encourage patients through inbound and outbound calls, addressing equipment troubleshooting as needed
- Utilize manufacturer software to analyze patient usage data and enhance adherence to therapy
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience working with patients diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) preferred
- Experience with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare)
