Texas Licensed Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Owning the technical evaluation for enterprise accounts, the full-time Texas Licensed Solutions Architect will engage with various stakeholders to design solutions for production scale, manage migration plans, and advocate for customer needs while working remotely or onsite in Dallas or Austin.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical evaluation for enterprise accounts, guiding them from discovery through POC and architecture sign-off
• Design solutions that accommodate the needs of multiple stakeholders, ensuring they are viable for production scale
• Develop and manage migration plans, including validation and cutover strategies, to facilitate customer transitions to new systems

Required qualifications

• Deep technical foundation in data infrastructure, gained through roles such as data engineer, platform engineer, or solutions architect
• Production experience with analytical databases like ClickHouse, Snowflake, or BigQuery
• Fluency across the modern data stack, including Kafka, orchestration, and major cloud platforms
• Customer-facing experience in pre-sales, consulting, or technical account management
• Experience running technical evaluations against competitors and successfully designing migration strategies
