Texas Licensed Sr. Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the company-wide Quality Management System (QMS), the full-time Texas Licensed Sr. Project Manager will ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, identify process gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while working onsite in Frisco, Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Supports the management and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the end-to-end value chain
• Develops and manages quality metrics and performance dashboards to enhance product and process quality
• Leads cross-functional teams in applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, particularly in PCBA manufacturing and system integration
• Proven track record in managing manufacturing process and quality control in an electronics manufacturing environment
• Experience with new product introduction (NPI) and process FMEA, including design for manufacturing and assembly
• Hands-on experience maintaining an ISO 9001 and/or TL 9000 quality management system
• Strong working knowledge of PDM/ERP/Shopfloor systems and experience creating 8D reports and root cause corrective actions
