Texas Licensed Staff Accountant
Job Summary
To support multiple events and properties, the part-time Texas Licensed Staff Accountant will manage project, balance sheet, and general ledger accounting, prepare financial statements, and assist with various accounting functions, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare artist payments via wire, ACH, or check
- Manage the payment, tracking, and approval of all property- and show-related invoices
- Complete month-end close, including preparation of P&L statements and financial statements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 2+ years of industry accounting experience
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
- Oracle experience is preferred
- Flexibility in work hours and availability, including work nights and weekends
