Texas Licensed Staff Accountant

Job Summary

To support the accounting team, the full-time Texas Licensed Staff Accountant will compile and format data files, maintain accurate accounting records, and assist with monthly variance analysis while working remotely with quarterly meetings in Plano, Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and format large data files and reports from partnerships
• Record transactions in the accounting system and maintain accurate accounting records
• Perform monthly variance analysis for P&L accounts and assist with annual financial audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 1+ years of experience in general ledger and month-end close; healthcare experience a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP's
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
