Key responsibilities
- Manage system analysis, equipment testing, and engineering technical services
- Provide technical expertise for the operation and maintenance of generating equipment and power plant systems
- Coordinate plant capital projects, including cost control and vendor management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field with 10 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 12 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 14 years of experience
- Supervisory or managerial experience in operations or engineering
- 10 years of professional and technical experience in power plant operations or maintenance
- 5 years of power plant or related experience
- Experience with multi-site and corporate support
