Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Texas Licensed Telehealth Therapist will provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth, focusing on client care while enjoying scheduling flexibility and a supportive clinical community.
Key responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults through telehealth
- Manage a caseload of clients while collaborating with a team dedicated to neurodiversity-affirming practices
- Participate in peer consultations and specialized training to enhance professional growth
Required qualifications
- Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
- Telehealth experience preferred but not required
