Texas Licensed Title Searcher

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the experienced Texas Licensed Title Searcher will prepare title search reports for both commercial and residential properties while working remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing title search reports and conducting chain of title research for title insurance
• Plotting legal descriptions and resolving chain of title issues
• Training other employees and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of title reports

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience preparing title search reports in Texas
• Extensive experience using Title Data (TDI) for title searches
• Proficiency in identifying clouds on title and validating relevant documents
• Experience in documenting and researching all pertinent parties involved in title searches
• Management experience and the ability to train other employees preferred
