Texas Licensed Title Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with state and federal requirements, the full-time remote Texas Licensed Title Specialist will manage complex title issues, provide guidance to less experienced team members, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry changes.

Key responsibilities

• Review abstracts and resolve title issues while preparing necessary affidavits and documentation
• Communicate title requirements to Closing Specialists and provide timely status updates to stakeholders
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on achieving organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Current Texas Title license (required)
• Residence in the state of Texas (required)
• 5+ years of title examination and curative experience
• Experience building and leading a team in a rapidly changing environment
• Familiarity with Qualia, Slack, and Microsoft applications is helpful
